Main feature

 Standard DB25 connector can be wire to IPG laser directly.

 Galvo control signal is digital, which can be connect to most scan head directly.

 Extension axis (step motor or sever motor): two set of direction/pulse signal can be used to control 2 step (server) motors.

 2 general output signals (TTL compatible): OUT4-OUT5 coming out of Con4.

 Remark function: this function is used to remark whatever is in the memory of the board, especially convenient for high speed marking of a same pattern.

RC series is a good price high-precision galvanometer scanner with an aperture of 10mm. In high-precision laser marking applications, galvanometers are required to have excellent linearity, minimal temperature drift and extremely high repeat positioning accuracy.

They are also required to work stably and reliably for a long time and have strong anti-interference characteristics.

A Galvo Scan Head (or called laser marking head ,laser scanner) consists of two scan mirrors, two galvanometers (or called galvo-scanner motor) & drive cards, a XY mount, a scanning lens, an interface card (or called D/A card), a set of marking software and a DC power supply.
